Jacqueline Summers and HealthTIE have been essential partners in enabling OpiAID’s work in Alaska. Through her leadership, Jacqueline has created a welcoming and action-oriented environment that empowers innovators to address the state’s most pressing health challenges—particularly around substance use and behavioral health.

Jacqueline has hosted me on several occasions and has been a constant source of encouragement, not just to me, but to a national community of innovators seeking to serve Alaskans with empathy, evidence, and impact. Her deep understanding of the state’s unique healthcare landscape and her ability to align partners have directly contributed to OpiAID’s ability to begin work in Alaska—a place where the need is urgent, and the barriers are real.

HealthTIE’s platform and Jacqueline’s advocacy have made it possible for our team to collaborate with local stakeholders, explore implementation opportunities, and shape solutions that are responsive to the people and communities of Alaska.
